Our team consists of: Myself (Kim Chitwood), My husband (Teague Chitwood), and my brother (Ryan Shellnutt). We work hard to make sure we are available to you, on your time. If you need to see a house, we will make it happen. Teague is also currently employed with Atlas Management Systems and Ryan with Delta Airlines. I work as a full time Realtor.

I (Kim) have been involved in all aspects of the real estate business since 1996. I began as a Broker's assistant and moved on to Office Management and finally Sales Management. I have seen the business from the angle of Homebuilding, Selling, and Management. I have worked for Re/Max, Century 21, and Andrew Joiner Realtors. We are excited to announce our move to Keller Williams Realty Connections in Newnan. Their agent-centric sales model makes Keller Williams #3 in the nation for number of agents employed.
